Description: The flattest race on the planet! A fast race along the country lanes of Lliswerry in Newport. The route is one mile out, a six mile loop, and one mile back. There are only four junctions and the whole course is manned by marshals.

Description: A rather challenging 10 mile race that covers both tarmac and trail paths. The race, named the ‘Reverse’ as the mile markers count down backwards, is undulating with a fairly tough hill at around five miles.

Description: Set in the heart of Cardiff’s historic Bay, the Cardiff Bay Run is a flat, fast and friendly event for all ages and abilities. The popular spring-time race, which attracts some of the UK’s top athletes, boasts a stunning 10km course around Cardiff Bay. In 2019, the race will incorporate the Welsh 10 Kilometre Championships. The route takes in all of Cardiff Bay’s most iconic landmarks, starting and finishing in Roald Dahl Plass and passing the Wales Millennium Centre, Mermaid Quay, the Pierhead Building, Senedd, Porth Teigr and the Cardiff Bay Barrage.

Description: The 2020 race will take place on Sunday 4th October. Entries are now open. All 5,000 early bird entries sold out in less than four hours! The race is now on to secure a space for 2020, which is expected to sell out at record pace. Now a part of the SuperHalfs, the event is seeing record interest from international participants from all over the world, looking to complete the new series of races in Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia.
We encourage runners keen to run in 2020 to act fast and enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Description: The course is approximately 6 miles with the first 3 miles uphill until the water station at halfway, then it’s downhill to the finish, which includes one steep downhill rocky descent.

Description: Starting near the centre of the historic town of Llantwit Major the route includes a very fast downhill start which takes competitors off tarmac within 1500 meters when they leave the road and enter the nature reserve. The course remains off road for the majority of the distance, through ancient woodland, public footpaths and farm lanes, taking in the Glamorgan Heritage Coast from Castle Ditches to Summerhouse Point with stunning cliff top views across the Bristol Channel to Somerset, Devon, and inland across the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan.
