Wednesday Track Session

Session: Pyramid: 3-4 lap warm up (in ‘wrong’ direction) incorporating high knees, side steps, butt kicks, leg swings, walking lunges in 3-4th lap. Pyramid of 400m, 600m, 800m, 1200m, 800m, 600m, 400m with 400m recoveries, effort at 5k pace. Aim to keep efforts steady use VDOT app to help regulate pace if required. End session with 3-4 lap cooldown and static/dynamic stretches
Details: Informal track session @ Leckwith stadium where all participants record their own times. £4.20 to use track, cards accepted
