Wednesday Track Session

Informal session where everyone records their own times and runs at own pace
Penarth and Dinas track session: You can work out your pace using the V02 max app. Aim is to keep efforts steady not to go off too fast.
Warm up: 3/4s laps (in the wrong direction but please be aware of other users) with high knees, side steps,
butt kicks, walking lunges and leg swings on the 3rd/4th lap.
Main session: 2 x 1000m, 3 x 600m and 4 x 400m
Cool down: 3/4 laps
@ 5:15pm Leckwith stadium. £4.20 to use the track (cards accepted). . All abilities welcome.
